Information

With high output and low products weight to save raw material cost, weight can be from 30 GSM to 300 GSM and the weight of each layer can be adjusted. The both mono layer or co-extrusion layer are available produced by our machine, co-extrusion for nylon air bubble film will be more strength. air bubble film can be double side in-line lamination with other material to become 5 layers, or dual forming station for 11 layer.

It is fully automatic control by screen touch panel, and can choice option to include perforation device, lamination device and unloading air bubble film roll parts..etc.

Application could be air bubble film package, with aluminum foil laminated is for insulation material, higher weight air bubble film laminated with woven fabric can be for solar pool cover… with foam, kraft paper..etc. for more applications.

Extruder

The extruder is specially designed for good melting and stable extrusion. Both new and recycled pellets can be applied. It's also can be multi-layers co-extrusion for reinforcing air bubble film strength.

In Line Recycling System

In line recycling system can return the trimmed edge to the extruder for reusing, without any wasting on the material.

Forming Roller

  • The forming rollers are equipped with water cooling system. Two suction types, drill the hole and insert slice are available to choose from.
  • Just take 30~60 minutes to change the forming rollers, and then you can easily to make different size of air bubble film.

Winder

The turret winder is equipped with the auto-
splicing system and stable tension control, provided accuracy length, non-waste winding technology. The turret winder can use on tubular film or paper core.
